engine stalled and will not restart. fuel pump and pressure seems to be okay.
it will fire after cranking for awhile but will not stay running sounds like extreme spark knock when trying to keep running. had knock sensor fault code and restricted performance , help!!!!

 

Can you post the codes please? ...that helps us the most initially. Also, some more detail on your car, is it NA (normally aspirated) or SC (supercharged), what size motor, any recent service work? Without the codes I initially would be suspect of the crank positioning sensor, but yes, it could be a knock sensor.

 

Have the secondary timing chains been upgraded? Sounds like a timing issue.

 

Or maybe just bore wash. Was the engine cold when it quit or had it been running for a while?
