My 4 litre engine sputters, pauses, and will even downshift the tranny before catching on and accelerating properly. I have read about MAF issues and replaced mine. I have read about throttle body issues, but don't know how to test. I believe it is flooding in these instances. I have read about a vacumn line in the cruisecontrolsystem. How can I isolate my problem, or what should I do next?? thank you all stu -

 

So, I got no reply, but found some other similar on the forum. Cleaned my MAF wires, and throttle body, and hurray it's like a new car. Thanks to all Stu
