I needs help please. My 99 xj8 crank over well, but will not start up 95% of the time. When it want to start one crank start up and run normal. I can driver normal as soon I turn it off let it park for about 5-10 minutes. It will not start agian. Had good fuel pressure but no spark, injector only has one blink. I replace crank sensor, try with other ECM from recycle yark with the same part # on it it still the same. I check all the relay are good. I order Mongoose JLR Blue body from china web site hoping a can get it to work and try to follow TSB S479 to reflash ECM. The chinee clone Mongoose JLR will not load up the driver and connecting to PC or Car Module. Any help I can get I very appreciate.

The Mongoose will not re-flash ECU's - only later cars. The Rotunda IDS unit is the tool for the X308.
Have you any fault codes?

 

Thank you for your respond. No DTC was found with my OTC Pegisys scan tool under genaric obd II scan.
