Hi, I just recently bought my first Jag, a 2000 XJ8 Sport. I have had to take it back to the dealers with a couple of small snags - one of which is that the windscreen washers are not working. The service dept. have told me that it is because the pump in the washer system was not working and they have ordered a replacement. Ok that is fine, however, I have noticed that the headlight jet wash is working. I would guess that this is run from the same pump as the windscreen washers and the service dept. are talking out of their posterior - but thought I should check here first to make sure I don't make a complete fool of myself!
