Thinking about buying this…..what should I look for immediately?

Rust at the wheel wells and sub-frame...deleted engine codes
transmission shifting properly...paint on body panels that does
not appear factory....exhaust at startup when cold

Tensioners
Transmission shifting
Engine Oil leaks
Power steering hose leaks
Coolant leak
AC cold or not
Suspension clunks or not
Door locks should work properly

Start with basics , , , full set of keys (expensive to replace), full set of books incl owners manual, radio code (if used) and detailed service history.
A list of work on the car is no detraction. It is a bonus. It points to good maintenance

All present signifies previous care and pride of ownership . . . and enhances value and appeal.
Absence definitely detracts . . . at which, any and all of the previously suggested failings are sure to follow.
