2001 XJ8L Under hood fuse box diagram.

Searching this forum & Google only render me images of a box that is clearly not mine. I'm trying to troubleshoot a no heat situation & all my fuses appear good but #20 is missing, is that a spare or is it needed ? Of course the lady I bought the car from doesn't have the manual grrrr. Thanks.

Fuse #3(Security sounder, headlamp levelling,
ignition coils +Ve, fog lamp switches.) under the hood was blown, replaced still no heat. Now I'm seeing on the 2000 XJ that the diagram calls for a 10 but I removed a blown 15 & replaced with a 15.
