So I drove this SuperV8 for sale today. The car has very lost miles and was driven by an elderly person who recently passed away. The car drove fine though the suspension was not firm enough for my taste but I noticed a whistling noise coming from the engine, not super loud but consistent. The car had plenty of power.
What could this whistling noise be? Is it normal? it was a high pitch sound like a boiling teapot but not has loud of course

Probably a vacuum hose or air intake leak.
