Does anyone know what year VDP/XJ8 (98 and newer) model has the auto tilt feature of the passenger side mirror once transmission is shifted to reverse? Was this feature only applicable to 99 and newer models? My VDP does not have this feature. I bought the car used and according to the previous owner, tranny work was done on the car. This feature may have been disconnected.

Any help is much appreciated.
