'98 X308 gearbox leak?

'98 X308 gearbox leak?
If I park nose up in my drive (about 7 degrees), I have a small leak beneath what appears to be the transmission area. This just started recently. If I back in and park nose down, no leak.
Anyone have an idea if this is the rear seal??
