Ive read a few posts here in regards to spark plugs, and they were all over the place... I'm lookin for a cut and dry answer. I know the PFR6G-13E are what came w/ the car from the factory... what I would like to know is if I should go w/ the PFR6G or the BKR5IX? I skimmped out last year on some 3 dollar NGK plugs, and Im regrettin it (takes FOREVER to change them, and now I gotta do it again). So, which of the two is the better choice?

 

jeiiomix: I chose the NGK BKR5EIX-11's and they are doing great! Although, plugs are like beer, bourbon and women, we've all got different tastes. Good luck.

 

Direct answer. Excellent. I will go with the BKR5EIX-11... The other post suggested autozone bosch, autolite and motorcraft plugs... I assumed the BKR5EIX were the right choice.. Thanks for the reply!

 

Have not looked at the differences -- but why would you want a larger gap?
