aftermarket stereo

I want to put an aftermarket head-unit in my 99 jaguar Xjr. does anyone know where to get a dash install kit or can I Install an amp and subwoofer with the stock headunit.

I have the factory radio and then in the trunk two 12in subs and a Pioneer amp. I removed the speaker between the rear seats and connected that output to my subs. Everything works great. The factory system needs bass.
