All Heated Seats Inoperative
Dear all,
Hope you're doing well. Still trying to solve this problem I've had since owning my 2002 XJR 100. All heated seat buttons work and light-up when pressed, but do not heat up. Just yesterday, I replaced both front and rear seats with those out of a car with working seat heaters, and the problem persists. I've checked the fuses and relays countless times, so I'm really at a loss on this one.
Is there some kind of module or relay I may have missed somewhere that I could try replacing? Looking forward to your thoughts.
Cheers,
David

Any ideas what could be causing the problem? Also, where are the 'Center Console Switch Pack' and the Body Control module that contains the seat heater module located? Is it located under the center console storage box, perhaps? I think the Seat Heater Switches located here are worth checking out.
are they memory ( 3 buttons on the driver door controller , 1 , 2 , 3 ) or non - memory seats
this may not make a difference on the heaters but we will be on the same page

Fuse #18/25 amp looks good. All 4 seats inop and last 8 of VIN is 2MF48878.
test light shows the fuse has power, by the way
