So if your dash button is bad would the rear button still work? Neither of mine work but I'm trying to figure it out. I've replaced a foot or more of the wiring harness and my lights work outside but not inside the trunk. I can't get in by using the buttons and I hear nothing from the release motor. Are there fuses for just the release itself???

Okay I replaced micro switch so I now have trunk lights but still no trunk release. So what else can I look at?
