Default AP Racing Big Brake Kits

Hello Gents,

Anyone have any experience with the AP Racing big brake kit? I know a few guys have done Alcon but I'm looking for something that needs little to no fab work.

Question

Have you considered using the Jaguar Brembo brakes? That is a straight bolt on.

AP are good but fabrication will be required, just like anything not purpose made Jaguar didn't make a bolt on AP system for any of their cars period. Brembo is the only bolt on kit.

Fab gives you the option of running big disc diameters. Alcon are the Daddy in stopping these horses.

No trying to be funny but if you need to know the price of the Alcons, as the saying goes, you can't afford them.

I have Alcon on my race cars and depending on models, $10K and up

If thats the case I won't be going with Alcon because unfortunately I have to ask. Thats insane!!! I just looked at AP racing's site and they claim to make a kit for our cars, hopefully less than 10k.
