Hi

Removed my front ashtray this weekend as it needed some repairs. The lid was loose and the "hinges" needed to be glued.
But unfortunately there seems to be missing a spring and I have no idea what kind of spring that is needed and where it should be attached.

Any one got a picture of this spring when it's on the ashtray?

Also, what is the hole with the plastic sleeve in it for? Just right to the screws.

 

Well, i found the spring anyway. Just got to figure out where it's suppose to be. I think the plastic piece from the last pic got something to do with it.
