We don't have license plates on the front here in Pennsylvania....probably a bit hokey...but had one made up at Custom European Plates (dot com). I know, it's German-specified lettering, but here in the colonies...who'll know?
Stretching the licensing date a bit (X-reg, IIRC, was 9/2000 to 3/2001)...but, kind of fits nicely on a 2000 XJ8 fwiw.

OK...got her out of the shop with a fresh tranny. Had a minute before driving her to work this morning...apologies for the sun glare, but, here's what it looks like in the car park at the office:
