Default Bmw 740i transmission on x308 ?

Hi guys I want to replace my 2002 xj8 transmission . There's plenty of bmw 740i as I know both car have same transmission but different bellhousing so if I install my jaguar bellhousing on the bmw transmission does it work ? Since they're both zf5hp24 ? I guess color lines are the same too

Reasons I want do that is it's easy to find bmw740 in the scrapyard and it cost 300$ with 1 month warranty
