my 02 XJR 100 Brembo brakes squeel and it gets so annoying, one of my buddies said that brembo's are known to do that, is that true? Brakes are fairly new, where do I even find pads for it if I did decide to replace it?

 

Yes they do in my experience - it's down to finding a happy place with choice of pads.

Plenty of options on replacements, why not post the prob in the XK8 forum or do a search, I think many more guys run Brembo's on their cars.

I do know Avos our 'performance guru' has just recommended Pagid's RS-15 Grey ceramic for their stopping power - personally I steer clear of EBC products (red yellow etc).
