Default Can anyone help with parts from a junkyard?

Hello, guys
Need your help. I need a drivers seat upper cushion (it is identical for a passenger seat), steering wheel and interrior auto-dimming mirror for mine 2001 XJ8. The trim colour is cashmere.
I've tryed to look at ebay, but the sellers trade only complete seats, which is pain in a.. to ship to Russia
If anyone can help with these parts and shipping from a local parts-shop (or if maybe someone have a donor car), it will be greatly appriciated. All expences will be paid, for sure.
Thanks so much
Since i can't find an XJR (even a X350) in a decent condition, i've decided to bring mine XJ to perfect condition

Coventry West is one of the big Jaguar specific recycling yards in the US although I am sure that there are others. Big supporters of us little Jaguar hobby mechanics including manufacturing, or having manufactured parts in limited or no supply. Very helpful on the phone.

If the uppers are identical, always go for the passenger side as it is normally the one with the least wear.

According to JEPC, there's only one part nr. for the front seats upper leather skin. Yeah, the passenger side is always better.

You should go to ebay.co.uk (I just found yesterday a 2002 one for the throttle body),the prices may be lower than in the States and the transport too. But your best chance for the skin from a lower mileage is States.
I can give you 1-2 addresses from Netherlands too, I found one car with your colors.

Try searching on Car-Part.com This is a "go-to" site used by repair shops in US. You will not see pics, but they give description of the condition and location. The prices are same what the repair facility would pay. I can help in communicating with the shops and asking them to ship it to you. Although many wrecking yards here are just plain lazy to ship globally.

Most of ebay sellers don't want to strip the whole seat for the cover, even if i'm ready to pay for the cover as much, as they are asking for the whole seat
It'll be great to have these addresses, thanks so much

At 1600 miles from Moscow, the UK has to be a better option for sourcing parts than the US (New York is 4600 miles and LA is 6000 miles).

Used Jaguar spares are also considerably cheaper here.

I have a functioning auto dim mirror, with a fractured plastic collar on the back. I can send it to you if that sounds useful?

I could send you the upper skin, but unfortunatelly, it's Ivory (NED) with Sable piping for VDP. I have MINT pass skins (upper and lower). Tried to sell the complete seats, but no takers. Asking $100 for a complete seat with tracks, switches, motors, relays, all in working condition.

If you can use Ivory skins, pay for shipping, and send me a case of Putinka, and we have a deal.

Hmmm. Do you have a complete set of seats? In that case i can upgrade the interior with VDP skins of this colour

Yeah, that's useful, i can use the collar from mine mirror. How much are you asking and are you able to ship with DHL/Fedex (since Russian Post have a bad reputation for loosing parcels)?

Yes I have complete seats, but the driver's is worn. Not torn, but the bolster is worn, and the bottom skin has creases. It's repairable, but I didn't want to monkey with it.

How much are you asking for all of the skins? Are door panels available?

Hi, I could use DHL, UPS, or Fedex. Does $35 sound fair +S? I'm not
sure how much shipping will cost, but I'll let you know. Here is my mirror.

PM me and maybe we can get in touch over social media/email to keep
our communication up to date if we decide to go ahead with the mirror!

I have all the door pannels in the matching color too, but the shipping on those would kill you.

I think skins would be cheap to ship. Asking price? Make me an offer.
