Chain Changes....suggestions?

Hi All
XJ8 3.2 sport 98 130k Miles.
I know this has been covered sooooooooo many times but so i can get a concise idea please indulge me...
My tensioner broke . Noise etc. I left car standing for months scared to touch it($$$$ challenged at the time!) . On start up a valve stuck and got a whack from a piston.
So now the job is. Change the valve (now done). Change one of the cogs. (tooth gone) and I've been advised to change all the chains. (4) as the workload / cost to pull one side and leave the other vunerable is too risky.
I accept that but am keen to know what else i should have done whilst the heads are off both banks?
Chains.
1st and 2nd Tensioners.
All relevant Gaskets
What else?
I heard the water pump is a bit of a dog on these cars. Should i go for that too?
I'm not doing it by the way..... Non Jag specialist place but seem to know what they're doing.
