Got an answer from Jason at Klearz just now

The moulds for the turnsignals are in the making though I was the only one that ordered.

So now you know all of you that didn't order..

Are the corner lights finished as well? I wouldn't want to buy the turn signal lenses by themselves. But as soon as I can confirm that I can get some clear front turn lenses and front corner lenses, Jason will have an order.

Default Update

Hello All,
Please see below for the latest update from Jason at Klearz.com as of today;

HeyMichael,
Sorry for the slow reply, we've been working all through the longweekend. I didn't check my emails. Molds are being made right at thismoment. My largest distributor placed a large order a couple weeks ago. This requires full time use of all my equipmet, I just wasn't ableto start the molds for these Jag lenses until the order was finished.I "will" have these in full production by the weekend, and I'll be intouch with product pics then. Please thank everyone on the forum on my behalffor being patient while I got this up and going.
Thanks,
Jason

I am not trying to criticize Klearz.com business model, if they want to make business, they have to (take risk) to at least make it into production to the market so we can starting our purchase (at will).so they know already there is a market for their products

we should not be getting involved with their product development like putting money upfront on pre-order. we are not their business investors.

although we want to see it in production, but it is dragging the legs.

Sounds like that's what's happening at this point. Hopefully by Monday we'll have product pics and be able to order. I'm fairly excited, I had thought this was all but dead! As soon As I can see the product I'd be ordering, my order will be placed!

Yes these are ready to purchase.
Concerns for me are the choices provided.Amber, pearl, clear, smoked (how dark is the smoked ?) Housing options.

And I would be left with the little repeater on the mudguard looking totally out of place.

What are others thinking for combinations? And choice of globes? Be nice to walk in and see them in the flesh. The revamp of the trunk light could be a mismatch.

Default Latest from Klearz

Hello All,
I have been away on vacation - please see below for the latest update from Jason @ Klearz as of the 21st Sept - the links on the Klearz website currently points to the Toyota lenses, so use the links below in this post.

HiMichael,

It took awhile, but yes I finally have all the pics taken, thewebsite has been updated with many pictures of current options, and I'veactually lowered the priced on almost everything by about 20% as the molds, lensesand housings didn't take quite as much material as I had estimated in thebeginning. I've got some stock made, but most orders will be made after thepurchase. It takes about 1-2 days to produce the order after it is receivedand then ship it out. I have so many ordering options, and custom make lenses to specific needs of the customer so Idon't make a whole lot of stock ahead of time. If you've got any otherquestions, just let me know.

Thanks again,

Jason

Jason is after the small mudguard mounted "indicator" so we get matched sets. I can't find any on eBay.
Any-one have any ideas where they could be found cheaply. As soon as these are done I am ordering a full set. (5% smoked with silver housings)
Thanks Michael for those links.Big help but I couldn't find them on his site?

Yes.
If you follow the earlier links to Klearz they are ready to order.

I've had a good look at the boot/trunk lights and they don't appear to be identical Sean.
Assuming you mean using them to send to Jason to make them I would need to be positive they fitted perfectly as others would be buying them.
Maybe jag part numbers would show a difference?

Ordered the front two signal lenses just to see how the quality was etc, very good in my book, these are clear lenses with oem style grey housing:

I ordered on the 13th and they arrived on the 19th, very well packaged.

Can't wait to fit them to my car, sadly I'll be 4 hours from my car for a few weeks.

I've already placed an order for the side markers with the orange and red reflectors respectively, this will retain, in my opinion, an OEM-like feel.
