Dash Buttons not working!

Dash Buttons not working!
Hi, I have a 1999 xj8.
The top row of buttons on my dash are not working.
-door lock button
-hazard lights button
-acs button
-valet button
All of the rest of the buttons for the radio, air control, etc. are all working. I haven't found anything about this through research.
Could it be a fuse or relay? Just find it strange since its just that row.
Any help would be appreciated.
