Demineralized water mixed with coolant
During my last repair, I accidentally broke one of the coolant hoses that run above the engine. More exactly, I accidentally touched it, and it broke instantly. Really brittle.
I "repaired" it with a small lenght of fuel hose, which seems to be holding the heat properly, HOWEVER : driving this morning, this hose slipped out, causing a large amount of coolant bursting on the hot engine with a cloud of white smoke.
Much to the dismay of the cars behind
I managed to fit it again and tighten it properly, and topped up the expansion tank with demineralized water that I had in the trunk (I kinda expected this to happen, in all honesty).
Not sure how much I poured, around 2 liters I would say (not sure how many goat bladders, or whatever imperial system unit you are using, that represents. Yes, I'm bitter.)
My question then is, do I have to purge the whole system and refill it ? Or is it ok to keep it that way ? (the current coolant is Motul Inugel, for what it's worth).

Purge is not needed. Unless car is not gonna face freezing temperatures. 2 litres in what 6 litres of capacity doesn't dillute mixture that much. If starting point is 50/50%. Battery water(demineralized water) is of course fully mixable to the tap water.
