I suppose you could contact the person who posted the video to see if he can put you in touch with the driver/owner if he’s not in jail for driving down a residential street like that…

Also a striking specimen but one that could very easily lead to even more trouble than the car...

It's pretty obvious that a lot of cash went into acquiring that "performance" look. The picture reminds me
of the old saying..."Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder"

He is actually a member from my FB forum.
He mentioned he has been developing the kit and I would get it if it becomes available

It's expensive, loud and prone to breakdowns,
the other is a car.
