I know this problem has been covered before but each time I search there are great explanations but not many photo's.

I took the door panel off today and found the broken part.
I wanted to post better photo's of the wood trim as this is where I think a lot of people are worried about damaging it when removing.
Also the electrical power plug is never really explained well with how to remove it.

Thanks XJR02, it took a little work in photo bucket, I do not know why the 2 pics are upside down, lets see how many people get hurt standing on their heads.
