Driver seat controls do not work on '99 XJ8L

I just got my first Jag, 99 XJ8L, and the driver seat adjustments do not work at all. Is there a way to manually control them? Any ideas on how to troubleshoot the problem?

About the only way to troubleshoot is to use a Jag specific scanner system like AutoEnginuity, WDS or IDS. Or, just replace the seat module. I have failed two on my cars.

Check the fuse in the Left Hand Heelboard fuse box (remove kick panel below rear seat, left side) - fuse #8, 5A. It provides power to the driver's side switches.

Also check the fuse in the Right Hand Heelboard fuse box (same, but below seat on right side), fuse#1, 20A - It provides power to the Driver Seat Control Module.
