Hi all,

I know there are tons of posts on the subject of Jaguar engine number location, but I have honestly not been able to find a post on engine number location on a Jaguar Daimler Super V8 4.0 (LWB) from 1998.

Can anyone help me out or point to the direction of the location, e.g. by circling the location on a picture?

Help is highly appreciated!

 

You can see it et the left of the picture.

 

It's towards the front for a 98. I think 2000 and new had it under the left muffler manifold on the engine block. Refer to attached pictures.
