KC, I went to my local hardware store and purchased a white nylon cheesehead screw, not sure what it is originally intended for, but a coat of satin black rattle can and it looks and works just like OEM.

Looking at your post again, I'm thinking you are looking for the retaining clip that the screw threads in to????

If so that too can be found at your local True Value hardware store.

Looks to be the same quarter turn fastener used in the sunglasses holder of the overhead console, I still have one of them laying around.

It is indeed the quarter turn sunglasses holder screw, I had an extra, win !

 

Tip for future searches, the engine trim stud KRH100003 & the retainer KRF100001 are interchangeable for the overhead console mounting ware.
