This local XJR has a black and white interior. Is this stock? All the others I have seen are one or the other.

Yes it is, and I have the same interior. It is one of
the more inviting XJR interiors.

 

It certainly is striking, but I haven't decided if I like it yet!

Nice because the black carpet does not show dirt, but it does show every trace of anything else like lint, grass, etc.

It is nice, and I'd look at this car myself, but a roof over my head is more important.
Our house needs a new roof and gutters, and there goes the majority of my car budget!

My wife loves cars but even she admits an XJR is hard to justify when water is coming in the living room.

 

Buckets are pretty cheap at the Dollar Store. I say go for it!

 

Buckets are cheap and so are tarps, but apparently roofs cost 8 grand.

 

I think they carry Duct Tape too. Come On, go for it!

All kidding aside, I'm sorry to hear about the roof issues. That's one of those things that after you spend the money, you still just have a roof. Not leaking of course, but it does not go any faster or anything...

 

Yea roofs are expensive. Buy a roll of grace and patch the roof lol. Get the car. Indoor pools are in this year. Lol

 

Yep, that's stock. That was how all the tan interiors were on the at least the 2000+ XJRs. The XJ8s and VDPs were the only place you could get the completely tan interior. I took the black and tan theme a little further in my XJR by recovering the headliner in black. Looks really nice in there
