I see a lot on here about the fail safe engin mode on here and today had the message on my 99 for the fisrt time. Hit resume on cruse car started to accelerate and wammo sputtered a little and the waring came on pulled over turned off car restared and all seems well...I did just get it back from the shop and they cleaned the throttle body and all top end compenets including tearing down the super charger and cleaning it out...manily caue the jags dont have a pcv vaule and oil had been getting in to the intake system etc....

So anyway what can u guys tell me about causes and solution to this message.
