Default Feel like an idiot-how do I get to the pass front marker light

Okay so I was cleaning the XJR and checking the bulbs for upcoming inspection today and my amber marker (pass side) is out. Well I went and grabbed an LED to swap in there, take the lower cover off and find that I can't get in there. Pull the wheel well a bit and my Donnie Trump hands are still too big to get in there. Any advice for getting at this bulb without removing the bumper? Now that I have the cover off might as well keep going.

Trevor, I've seen a picture somewhere of a scewdriver prying at the front end of the marker. You push the unit towards the rear of the car, depressing a metal spring at the back of the marker enough for a plastic lip at the front to clear the bumper. Mine almost fell out because the plastic holding the metal spring had broken. You might want to use some tape on the screwdriver where it contacts the bumper if yours puts up more of a fight than mine did.

It's accessed from the external side, not from underneath the bumper. One side is held in by a clip, the other by the lip of the plastic. Wedge something delicate (made of thin plastic) into the clip side and lever it forward while pressing into the opposite side like a lever-pivot. It will pop off.

You guys rock! Although neither of you mentioned that I was going to need to have the inner fender loose enough to recover the metal clip as it shot off. Couldn't pry it far enough forward (but was also a little fearful of messing up my couple year old bumper respray.

I've changed bulbs in about 4 of them by now, and on one had lost the clip into the bumper - but was able to knock it out and onto the floor, so I know that what-did-I-just-do moment, lol.
