Remove rear speaker covers - 98 KX8
I hate to ask this, its probably pretty simple, but I can't figure out how to remove the rear seat speaker covers! They feel like they are going to tear off if I try to pry them and I can't find any screws!
Thanks!
Thanks!

The rear speaker covers are held on by bent tabs thru slots in the side panel. The easiest and safest is to remove the cover panel at the top of the side panel. With the top down you unbolt the seat belt mount and remove all of the fasteners and lift off the panel. You can then reach down with a long screwdriver and straighten the tabs (there are 4, 2 at top and 2 at bottom) on the speaker cover. Just reverse and bend tabs back down to reinstall.
