Frequent Blowouts

My daily driver is an 05 Jag XJR. Truth is I hardly use it and only on nice days and weekends since I have a train parking lot beater.
Has factory Sepang 20 inch wheels and top of line Pilots on it--not all season but high performance tires.
I have had 2 major blowouts with wife and kids in car hitting relatively minor potholes on highway. I am talking minor. I work in NYC and do not drive it here-that I would expect
WTF-- I am ready to sell the car.
Any suggestions ? Switch all four tires ? Won't switch to smaller rims, car looks too good.

You should be at least running 35psi if not higher. The lower the psi the more the tire gets pinched on potholes cause it gives too much. Will be a harder ride but you like the look and thats a trade off. You may even want to go to max rec. Psi on sidewall. This is full load rating but with rubber band tires and a heavy car it doesnt take much to cause damage.
