front license plate mount

front license plate mount

Hi, my 03 XJR had some minor body work done and does not have holes/mounting bracket for a front plate. Is there a more elegant way of securing the front plate than drilling the bumper?

Double-sided tape or velcro strips? Just a thought :-)
