I plane to replace the front lower shock bushes as part of a front suspension R&R. On seeing pictures of these they look quite an odd shape :

I presume these should press out / in. Has anyone done these themselves, and does the tapered shape present any problems in pressing them in ? Any tips etc.

Those are the correct bushings. They are easy to install with a press
