Clean the MAF sensor, check for cracks most specifically under the bellows on the air intake tube. You also need to see what the STFT & LTFT’s are if you have a scanner with live data.

You might check the condition of your injectors. That rusty fuel line may have contributed some
elements into the fuel which eventually wind up there.

Hopefully a final update on this one.
All is ok. The pressure was low on the pump, swapped out, and now runs fine.
Also new plugs, also a new cam cover gasket as there was oil leaking to some plug wells.
