In your case, passenger seat is in Figure 12.4, fused both as the switches and as the Seat Processor Module - at least one of two fuses could be affecting you.

replaced fuse and it works. Some monkey had a 25 in there and it was blown. Now, got a 20 in there and it works. But the headrest button, when pressed to go down, the module just clicks, about three times per quick button. It's small priority though as it's on the passenger side and none of the past five cars I had with automatic adjust headrest, there wasnt a single passeneger ever to touch it or even knew it existed. go figure.
But out of curiosity, is the motor stuck?
