How do you aim the headlights horizontally (left or right) on a 2000 XJ8?

The vertical is easy, with the black thumb screws with the hood open.

I need the low beams to be pointed more to the left. Yes, I took off the chrome trim ring and I see some other post type thing, but no screw, etc to adjust.

 

I still need to do this.
