ok so im ordering a custom built mechman alternator for my 98 xj8l. Question is will the Lincoln 3.9 fit my 4.0 plug and play? Or what about the 04 newer 4.2 alternator? This is a 350amp 14.6 volt alternator for my custom stereo build and they don't have a listing for my year car. Only other choice is to run my stock and add a 1 wire alt. But that requires making my own brackets. Does anyone know what alts. Will be plug and play? thanks in advance!!!
