High pitched noise from the top of the engine bay
High pitched noise like a power drill coming from the top of the engine bay, seems like from either the supercharget or throttle body.

It is most probably from the TB. The throttle motor is operated by a PWM signal which has frequency of about 300 hZ.
If you listen to this a 300 hZ audio sample (https://textmechanic.co/300Hz.ogg) you will find it similar to the sound you have.
