It is the same button that you use to change the angle of the seat back; instead of back and forward, move it up or down.

Yes, there are buttons to move the seat cushion up, down, and rake angle; and a vertical button that changes rake angle of the upright (same button moves the headrest up and down); there is also a button for stiffening the lumbar.

He needs to download the driver's manual from the stickies.

LOL, Thanks. I sent him a message on How To. I'll hear from him soon.

 

The headrests also "tilt" forward and backward manually. Just grab them and move them where you want them.
