Want to take off bumper to get to some rust spots on the wheel arch. torque screws holding the clamp are rusty and one of them rounded out. i sprayed sea foam so i don’t wanna use torch(yet). don’t understand how the clamps work. i have a dremel with cut off disks but i don’t see a bolt or nut to cut.

 

From the rear of the car, below and forward is a recessed Allen. I believe (?) it’s a 3mm so you’ll need a high quality tool if you want to save it.
