Default how to retrofit the parking sensor on 2000 XJR

my question is what parts I need as I understand that I need the module, sensor and all the wires and is there anything else that I am missing?

anyone could kindly walk me through this perhaps with any installation instructions.

I also am wondering about its performance since that is a decade ago technology?

or I should go aftermarket.

X308 is a big car to park in NYC

I've checked the Parts Manual and, even if all components are still available from Jaguar, this looks a big $$$ approach.

Module : LNF7352AA - $298
Sensors : XR86401 - $242

Then there's the harness, speaker and all the clips and connectors.

Aftermarket looks the way to go.

I would try to strip what you need from scrapped cars. Here is what you need as far as putting the stuff in your car.

Cheers,

I have the complete system ready to plug-and-play - module, link lead and the sensors - all work.
What color car is it for, I have black and silver sensors.

I think the system is made by VAG - it works well.
PM for details.

Personally I'd go for an aftermarket system that doesn't require visible sensors. Something like this: No Holes Parking Sensor | Parking Dynamics Reverse Sensor
