Default How to secure the front license plate bracket??

I got the official Jaguar FRONT license plate bracket, and I was just going to drill some holes and secure with screws, etc, but when I look under the car there is metal behind the front bumper. It doesn't make sense to me if I have to drill through all the way to the metal piece or maybe that's what I have to do? Or do I have to remove the bumper and in order to secure the front license plate bracket. I don't want to pay somebody to do this and trying to figure out how to do this myself. I appreciate all your help. Thanks. Chris

Don't take anything apart, just drill two holes though the bumper cover and into the aluminum bumper beam behind it. Two long sheet metal screws and you're done.
