I have no tail lights what the heck!
Figure 9.3
12v should be coming from the fusebox to the NK colored wire of the SLCM (B+ is always ~12v), so that is the brown colored with pink tracer wire. The wire that feeds power to the stop lamps is the UB colored wire leaving the SLCM, so that is the blue colored with black tracer wire.

I have constant 12v power at the NK colored wire.
I have 2 black ground wires. all 3 tested great. what am I missing?
everything should work.
I can jump 12v to each of the blue/black blue/white wires and I get stop lamps.
is there a module that signals these to come on? or a signal wire coming from the car somewhere.
I have also suddenly lost the 3rd stop lamp light.

I have already replaced the break light switch I have 2 extra ones I have swapped out. still no break lights. 3rd light is now out.
The night before I got running lights. I came back the next day nothing. I messed around with the headlight switch then suddenly I had no left front headlight. I think there maybe a possibility it could be the turn signal switch itself. I am going to go get a extra one from a friends parts car and swap it out. How likely is it the turn signal switch how hard is it to change? Dose it have anything to do with break lights.

Adjust your steering column up/down/in/out and see if that changes what lights are working. Also wiggle the stalk to look for changes.
As I said before, the multifunction switch has a fair amount of wires going into it, and they do break. You might have a broken wire off one terminal and it might be touching another.
If one is broke, you probably can resolder the broken wire, its pretty easy; probably easier than replacing if you can find the problem.

With the new brake switch , tap on the stop light relay # 5 as it may be mechanically stuck closed or swap with the side marker relay # 3 , this only pertains to the center stop light ( green I colored wire on print )
If you have all 3 stop lights ( purple and green I colored wires on print ) pull the stop light relay # 5 and with a meter see if the new switch opens and closes ( goes to ground ) at the true Orange / Green wire with the key rotated to the on position .
