I think he thought this was the part of official Jaguar website where you do the live chat with the factory trained technicians.

 

Yeah, I have an other thread on exact this behavior ... kudos for GGG to keep his cool.

 

My hair actually looks something similar to the smile guy with the LOL sign and currently my performance is restricted.
