2000 Xj8 VDP Car has a very faint knocking sound on the passager side bank behind the breather tube port. I used a large screwdriver to pinpoint the spot. Sound like 4 taps then it pauses a few seconds and repeats. Can't really hear it with the bonnet down. The car was warm and I had just put a bottle of injector cleaner in when I noticed it. Not sure if its important. I'll check tomorrow to list when its cold to see if knock is still there. Hard to tell if it goes away when you re the engine, its that hard to hear.
Any thought would be appreciated.
