Default Locating fuel line parts/replacements

I just purchased a 2000 VDP with 85K miles - in good to excellent condition. Had my mechanic look at it (as I am more familiar with XJ6s Series 2 and 3 and E-types).

I need the following fuel line: NNC6102AC - fuel return pipe.

Does anyone have any sources for this? Any exchangeable parts? Substitutions?

Many thanks

Chuck

You are going to have to find a good-used part as the new part is NLA.

Why is the part being replaced? Did someone try to replace the fuel pump by 'dragging' the tank back with the lines still attached?

Being in Orlando also, I can give you an Inde' Tech to go to. He's from Ireland (Andy, if you don't already know him), been to the real Jag School and thus Jag certified. He has The Jaguar Doctor on Forsyth. Great guy, you won't regret going there.

As for the part, not knowing what side of town your on...out in Bithlo there's a yard (3 to choose) with a white 98-99 xj8. It think its J & B or ABC...Its really been stripped down, but it may have that line, if they haven't already scrapped it for the metal.

Don't be afraid to check with Jaguar of Orlando by Millennial. They aren't bad at all with pricing and will price match. Just got a new intake tube and they even had a better price than the used eBay ones.
Here's another dealer I've bought from.... https://www.welshent.com/Jaguar-Pipe...d-P148549.aspx
Almost forgot, has you checked in The Marketplace? There's a few being parted out, to include a new posting today.

Be aware that a VDP will be a LONG WHEELBASE and the fuel line will be different from the SWB car.

I have checked Welsh, David Manners, SNG, Everyday Jag, Jagbits, etc. - no one has one to offer.

I had forgotten about The Jaguar Doctor. I've taken my Jags to All Jaguar in Longwood. It's a hike - I live in Dr. Phillips' area - but they've always done me well.

All the way to Longwood, dang...yeah Andy is about 1/2 as far. Glad Bob posted about the length of the line...its almost like he used to work on these or something.. I still owe him a beer.

That reminds me, I need to get over to see Andy and see if they're having the British Automobile Spring Fest?
