Default Looking for interior trim pieces

I have scoured eBay to no avail. I am looking for some “finishing” pieces for my ‘98 XJ8 VP. See pictures. Is there such a thing as trim pieces that go around where the headrests insert into the back seat? This is what mine look like on both sides. Quite ugly.
Alao, the seatbelt trims are a standard, broken piece on all of these cars, I know. Just hoping someone may have a set of three laying around. No color preference (Because I need black, can paint).
i am also interested in a set of trunk lights that include the hard plastic trim/frame.

Okay, all for now. Making great progress restoring my new ride, many thanks to all!

Rear seat belt escutcheon part # varies w/ your trim code. If your color is charcoal it's HNC7108ADLEG.

I got mine/SDZ new from

Coventry West is great for these type of items used.
