tensioners are activated by oil pressure and put pressure on the guide. is the piston poking on the guide? chain should be tight if so

Piston on guide yes . Bank A main chain looks good but bank B slightly loose . Im not sure once pressure builds up in the tensioner the chains will be tighter?

Yes, the primary tensioner should pressurize seconds after startup. It will be pretty obvious if the tensioner isn't working as there will be a rattle coming from the front of the engine. When unpressurized there may be slight play in the chain.

Just Discovered Its stretched timing chain but used it it works fine now no misfiring or rough idle
